      Pros

      Very solid technology in food and beverage while focus on the niche market. Didn't go public can stay far away from the Wall Street's bothering to do the right thing.

      Cons

      More aggressive in new product development and talent cultivation. People is the most important asset.

      Pros

      Very passionate employees, friendly colleagues, great CEO, rewarding to work for an agricultural cooperative, beautiful location/setting, good benefits, and long tenured employees.

      Cons

      Very lean organization, more work than can be accomplished, very little administrative support, risk adverse corporate culture, old school policies/procedures.

      It was a fair place to work for.

      Cons

      They put too much work on the operator that the lab should have been doing, your trying to keep the machine running and have to do the lab work.
