      Pros

      The pay was average. One of the larger employers in the area.

      Cons

      Did not care about the hourly employees. Supervisors were on a "favorite" or "not favorite" basis with the management.

      Great place to work, somewhat political - cliques do exist at the Director and above level, good pay for location.

      Very passionate employees, friendly colleagues, great CEO, rewarding to work for an agricultural cooperative, beautiful location/setting, good benefits, and long tenured employees.

      Cons

      Very lean organization, more work than can be accomplished, very little administrative support, risk adverse corporate culture, old school policies/procedures.
