Pros

Great Mission, Vision and Values. Extremely positive work environment. Tremendous amount of company growth in the past two-three years; as an associate you can't help but feel that momentum and want to contribute. Constant opportunity for personal career growth.

Cons

Technology is slightly lagged but the company is actively working on bringing more updated processes into it's day-to-day functions.

Pros

Impressed with the onboarding experience. The company has a clear Mission, Vision, and values. Throughout my orientation I was able to interact and meet with several key stakeholders. Collaboration is part of the company climate as departments work well together and silos do not exist. An open door policy is stressed at all levels and you have legitimate access to Senior Leadership.

Cons

The company is still working on increasing its brand visibility. Areas of strength are in the New England states while newer geographies (NY/NJ) are still working to create brand awareness for both clients and future associate talent. However, they are making great strides here.
