Thank you, as a company we survey our associates annually to make sure we invest where our associates find to be most important. We are looking at all PTO and working at making sure we stay competitive. Thank you for the time to share.

Pros

Mostly good experiences with direct managers and co-workers. The scheduling of working shifts is done as best as possible to accommodate employee needs. Great opportunity for employees first job to gain experience.

Cons

Pay for part time workers which almost all are seem to be either only minimum wage or slightly above regardless of your position, experience or talent. Pressure to push Insider Club cards and/or donations a little unreasonable making workers feel pressure when they are following company policies.

No major complaints...But I wouldn't choose to return

Pros

I was able to move my way up to a slightly better position within a year, which made me feel good. The constant influx of new and different stock kept things interesting. Some interesting coworkers.

Cons

If you had to call out sick more than once during the year you were made to feel guilty. Their policies on this left a bad taste in my mouth. I did not feel very supported by management in situations where customers were harrassing me.
