Decent pay/Benefits. Good hours. Good Managers. Learned a lot. Opportunities to move up.

Cons

Understaffed. Employee Morale wained at times. Was called in a lot due to understaffing. Schedule conflicts. "10 Minute" breaks. There was some favortisim and unwillingness to work with some over others.

Ocean State Job Lot Response

Great feedback on staffing. We recognized this as an opportunity and have begun rolling out centralized recruiting to support all of our stores. We are so excited about the results that the entire chain will be on-line by year's end.
