Pros

It can be an interesting place to work. There are some good people in the Regional and store management positions.

Cons

The corporate management and district positions lie and make promises they do not fulfill. They show favoritism and inconsistently apply policies. They twice negatively affected raises and bonuses due to injuries occurring on the job, both were workers compensation and neither was due to negligence on my part. Another year bonuses and raises were lowered due to the landlord raising the rent. The owners make grand gestures to appear civilly responsive but yet do very little to improve the life experience of the people who drive their business and accrue their wealth.

Pros

Very reasonable health care cost, excellent training department, family like atmosphere. Our company truly cares about the people who work for them and help them grow the business.

Cons

We are changing in a big way but some times we as people get too impatient around the time line.
