Flexible hours, great work-life balance, strong sense of teamwork and belonging on store level. Great place to work if you'd like to hone your customer service skills. These skills will help you land jobs in other fields. very understanding management.

Cons

Low pay, paid holiday policy is not necessarily fair. For example, there are some cases when an employee who's been working six months can receive holiday pay and an employee who's been working two years can not.

I always look forward coming to work because I like the people I work with because they take the time to teach you everything you need to know to do your job and do it well. You are never set up to fail, the managers and your coworkers make sure you succeed. Anytime I had a question I got answers right away. I like that we are all a team we all help each other. My managers and coworkers make work fun. I like going the extra mile because hard work benefits you and the company. This is by far the best company I've worked for. Very family oriented which means alot to me.

Cons

I have no cons. They are a great company to work for.

Job Lot sucks. They are very unorganized. Huge turn over rate. Lack of training

My job is less stressful than the job I had in the fast food industry.

Cons

Lack of training. Quick to suspend over minor things but just give slap on the wrist for policy violations.
