Too much work, too little pay

Cons

When state minimum wage was increased in January 2015 preveious employees whose rates were higher than minimum rates were not.So if you were at $8.25 you went to $9.00 but if you were at $10.00 you did not receive a increase, you sort of got demoted. When the rate was increased again in 2016 OSJL increased some by a little so the person making now $9.00 was increased to $10.00, but the person making $10.00 who has worked for the company longer is now given a small rase, to $10.20 there are yearly raises but they average 1%

Point system and 10 min. break. Take scrutiny off employees put on customers. Might find out whose gobbling up profits?
