Great company to work for. They really care about their people. Very good business plan, allowing company to expand while other retailers are down sizing or closing.

Cons

Too much old merchandise without an exit plan. New to the company, I don’t have any other cons at present.

Thank you for joining OSJL and taking the time to engage with us. Our store operations team is working with the buyers on strategies to move through all merchandise. Being a close out retailer, we take advantage of great buys and we don't always sell through. However, the team is very aware and working diligently to make our store inventory manageable.
