Easy to move up in the company, competitive rates, great benefits for full time employees! Great work/life balance! Health/dental insurance is great!

Cons

Point system is harsh but if your at work when scheduled it's effective.. At times hours are long.... Stressful holiday hours

Great training,management team works beside you. They listen to the concerns of the associates and delivers a positive messages.management team are not only driving sales but driving a positive team atmoshpere that result in awesome customer service.

Cons

As every business has cons. Osjl are always looking for opportunity to improve takes great people to help them get there. They are changing everyday and I love being a part of that change.
