The points situation is not right. If u don't feel good or have a family emergency u gotta really think of calling out because u get points. So basically u have to go to work when u are sick or having a family situation because u will get points.

The part time associates that I met.

Cons

Horrible management and corporate gets paid to watch employees in the store through cameras all day. Point system gets associates fired quickly. If you are 30 seconds late from your lunch or break you get points on your record and it leads to them firing you.

Pros

Flexible schedule, allows you to take time off if you give advance notice. Other than that, there really isn't anything good to say about it.

Cons

This company doesn't care about its employees and is constantly seeking to punish them or accuse them of wrongdoing. Even long-term and trusted employees are under constant scrutiny from corporate. They do not reward their employees for doing a good job and thus the place is a revolving door of new hires and those who walk out/are fired. Very little opportunity for advancement even for model employees. Points system is strict and unfair. Does not train... instead just throws employees into the mix and watches you lose your job as you struggle to learn the proper way.
