      A great place with a horrible culture.

      Pros

      Its a good place to start your career before you move on to bigger and better things. Many advancement opportunities due to extreme turnover. Main campus hot lunch is pretty good for only $5. You get to walk a mile to work from your parking spot everyday. The AC blows pretty cold.

      Cons

      Benefits are a joke. It's probably better to make the right connections in the hospital than to pay for the over priced health benefits. Pay is low. Senior management everywhere is young due to turnover, so it's not a good place to learn and take the next step in your career.

      Decent salary. Nice co workers

      Cons

      Very disorganized. Too many projects going on at once so it felt as if nothing was ever accomplished. Because so much needed to be done you were expected to work nights and weekends from home without additional pay.
