Plenty of experience and opportunities to learn. A focus on experienced peers training new hires. People who can't perform are usually removed quickly before causing to much harm.

Cons

Lack of consistency when it comes to training and education from management. Large turn over from burn out.

Pros

The workplace environment is pretty friendly compare to other job sites.

Cons

The pay that I relieve for the amount of work that I do is insufficient; I work as a receptionist of sorts for the radiology department and I am not as valued as a tech or a nurse. But, to be fair, that is the way it works at most hospitals/clinics.
