Pros

Free coffee EVERYWHERE! Staff pharmacists are awesome and supportive. You will have a work family.

Cons

Most pharmacists are overworked, with too many patients to cover, especially weekend evenings. Pharmacists who work directly with medical teams talk down to staff pharmacists, and some refuse to help verify orders. Adding to the contention is that management does not care about the staff pharmacists, and the employees working are left to deal with major issues after management leaves for the night. Lack of actual healthy food besides salad in the cafeterias.

Cons

They advance who they want, and hold back others. Nothing happens when you report to HR dept.
