- Great Culture centered around teamwork - I learn every single day. I am surrounded by subject matter experts who constantly share best practices and drive growth and innovation. -Opportunities to work on projects that match your interest. This really allows further development of your skill set. - Executive team visibility. The executive team is present and interactive. They truly do listen, and often allow employee creativity to drive initiatives and improvement. - Career advancement. Honestly, the opportunities for growth are limitless.

Cons

Driving innovation and finding top talent is not easy. You have to be creative, work hard, and sacrifice. There are days when the work week is extended. However, I do honestly feel appreciated and my hard work has always been acknowledged.
