      Pros

      Good pay for Phys. Sub position. Easy laid back job.

      Cons

      They hire you as full time but if the center isn't busy they send you home without pay. So an 8 hr shift is never guaranteed.

      The company provides PTO, it has good benefits, and you get the experience you may need to get other jobs in the future.

      Cons

      You do not get 10 breaks, there is a high turn over rate, you get paid very little compared to other places.
