Very disrespectful donors. Place is disorganized. Pay should be more for everything you have to do and deal with.

1) Getting to know the regular, returning donors. 2) The manager, Bryce Mathes, was/is very respectful, conscientious, compassionate, supportive, and treats employees well. 3) Management was flexible with my work/college schedule.

Cons

1) Extremely busy, especially in the late afternoon/early evening and in particular the hour and one half before the 7:00 PM closing time. 2) During extremely busy times, with heavy donor traffic, it is stressful and at times chaotic. 3) Good training, decent entry-level pay, and many good benefits, i.e., health insurance after 90 days, paid time off (PTO) for hours worked, and more.
