      You'll get your hours My coworkers were great The pay is better than other plasma companies I've worked for The training is better than other plasma companies I've worked for

      Long hours in the freezer Going home at 10 or 11pm even though the center closes at 7pm Lack of breaks The management did little to step in when we were overwhelmed and understaffed

      you work with lot of good people you get good training

      Cons

      I've been there for four and a half years and I am a trainer in my area but the people they are hiring for me to train are making 2 -3$an hour more then what I make right now.
