Octapharma offers better compensation than other Phlebotomy positions. Octapharma prioritizes the livelihood of their employees. Octapharma offers an intense working environment & an enormous amount of experience (Venipuncturing hundreds of Donors a day).

Cons

Octapharma does not have a set schedule. Octapharma is difficult as an entry level position. Phlebotomy in Octapharma is a labor intensive job.
