Average pay for the industry.

Cons

Salaried managers are used as line staff because the company is unable to keep hourly team members, due to uncompetitive wages. Managers are forced to constantly bounce from one area of the center to another to fill in for missing staff, leaving no time to complete management duties, which are still expected to get completed.
