      The company is truly interested in employees and in the services they provide . Their pay scales are fair and consistent with the market

      Working for a company based in Massachusetts while I am in another state - can make routine admin matters challenging

      Hard working employees. That’s all!

      Too many to list. Nepotism, inexperienced owners who fire leaders who challenge them. Horrible retention, unethical practices etc.

      Pros

      On a day to day basis, you actually work for a government office, not Odyssey.

      Cons

      Odyssey only cares about winning government contracts. It's people are expendable and they don't care to keep quality people on their contracts. Their game is to win a government contract, low ball employee salaries, and quiet hire them to do company business while only paying them a salary for the government job they were hired to do.
