Stay away from this company!

Cons

Management is terrible, play favoritism, no respect, the harder you work the worse you get treated. HR does not work for the employee they take the side of management no matter what. This company looks for any reason to terminate people and makes up reasons for termination.

Up to 9% 401k matching after being there a year that vests at your 2 year anniversary.

Cons

Their additive manufacturing business unit is in shambles after significant turn over in upper management leading to a new, self centered, disconnected team who no longer understand the technology. They are scared of losing any of the little remaining talent left so they are actively working with surrounding companies creating verbal agreements to not hire from each other. A look into the daily routine: Half your day is spent on redundant and useless meetings where you try to explain to management why the current team is overworked and needs more support. Management argues back that everyone isn't being efficient with their time. The other half of your day is trying not to drown while putting out fires because there are not enough people to track projects on the floor and establish processes that you would inspect in an Aerospace facility.

We appreciate your feedback and carefully consider and discuss with the local management team. In December last year, the management team restructured the organization to focus on component manufacturing and innovation, streamlining processes and strenghtening a customer-centric culture. With the restructuring behind us, we are putting our efforts into stabilizing the team and further shaping a positive work environment.
