Pros

Great people and inclusive company culture. Managed pandemic and employee experience very well. Management is set for the next phase of growth and more processes have been solidified while you can still produce with some autonomy. Great company overall

Cons

Messy architecture at times as a lot is delivered simultaneously.

Pros

In my short time since joining OfferUp it's been a wild ride. No two days are ever the same and the opportunities to make an impact are limitless. *The company is in a period of transition from small, scrappy startup to full fledged scaling company. This can present unique opportunities and challenges for those who like to build. *Leadership has taken the necessary steps to up-level talent across the company. That's not always an easy or comfortable step to take but is a critical one. Many of the past reviews written are reflective of the attitude that needed to be cleared out in order to propel us forward. *Rigor and structure are being put into place across all functions of the company. But it's being done mindfully so as to not over complicate things. *You are not limited by your title, role.

Cons

*Due to changes that have occurred over the last 10-12 months there are still some people rolling around the building with bad attitudes and wanting to play politics. It's time for everyone to get on the bus as we continue to build an inclusive, driven, fun culture. *Some decision making still feels reactionary and emotional. *WFH policy is non-existent across most teams. Would love to see the leadership team open up to this as the workplace is evolving and we need to evolve with it.
