Pros

I've met some of the most friendly people while working here, and made many genuine friends. Everyone works hard and loves collaborating. No toxic people.

Cons

The company has been hemorrhaging users ever since Covid ended, and nothing that has been tried has reversed this trend. The company is stuck in a downward spiral of concocting increasingly desperate, half-baked projects to try to tap into already mature markets. After 2 layoffs in the span of a year, there's zero trust left in upper management. Culture is fading quickly. High employee turnover.

Work from home policy and solid work life balance.

Cons

Leadership team with lack of strategic vision with a lack of self awareness. Removed the identity, and vision of what made OfferUp great. More often than not culture and values was more talk than action. Lack of career opportunities and no upward mobility.
