Generally smart/nice people. Peers want you to succeed. Good work/life balance. Great pay.

Cons

The senior leadership team is questionable. They are condescending micro managers that don't listen to anyone but each other, and even that's a gamble. If you are more than 5 years into your career do not work here because your skills will go to waste.
