Leadership constantly promotes one another. If you kiss enough butt they might let you in. We’re told by customers our product is poo on the regular. Micro managing. You name it, this company succeeds at failing at it.

-Decisions seem to be made blindly -Data driven decisions that aren't based off of real data -Wild swing for the fences that in part created a once profitable company to start dropping customers like flies while also not acquiring new ones -A lot of road blocks to make the product less sellable and then the blame goes to managers so a lot of change in management -Lack of "open door policy" they preach
