Pros
It is a wonderful team. People are really willing to reach out and help each other. Work with smart people solving interesting problems or creating useful features with a lot of impact on our customers. The company cares about doing things right for our customers, not what competitors are doing. The company also cares about each employee. Transparent from top down. You may be surprised to find out how big OfferUp is. You will also be amazed by how small and efficient the engineering team is comparing to other startups with similar valuation.
Cons
This is not really a con. I came from a place where there is no free food or drink. Now I need to remind myself to keep fit and not to go to the kitchen too often.
