Pros

If you are proficient in Word and Excel, the print department will love you. Having supportive coworkers was the only reason I didn't leave sooner.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Get use to working by yourself as no one else on the team who is not already familiar with print will refuse to learn since it is one of the hardest and busiest departments.

There is a high turnover in this position. You often have to deal with inexperienced people, and fix problems that arise from their inexperience.
