      Pros

      -Great pay and benefits -Overtime adds 20-40% to base pay -Great coworkers -Lots of PTO, and flexible with it -Usually 3 days off a week -Great immediate supervisors/managers

      Cons

      -Long hours, often 14+hour days -Sometimes 0 days off a week -Mandatory overtime -Upper management can be stubborn about doing things the same for whole company which often makes zero sense because locations differ greatly
