Pros

CEO Ken Taylor, is a great guy; he gets to know his employees, of which there are 1000+ at any given time. There are many opportunities to move around in the company, and turn over seems minimum. In fact, the majority of people have been there for decades. The day-to-day perks are worth being there for. Co-workers were friendly. Everyone is serious about their job. I appreciated the transparency about the way the business is operates.
