Pros

Good healthcare plans for the most part, they take a lot of pride in the name, overtime available in the hospital setting only, tuition assistance.

Cons

They don't pay PSAs or MAs for that matter, ANYTHING! The office people make more than I do and I have a TON of experience, went to school and everything. I inject stuff into people and take stuff out, yet I get paid less than people who type all day. They say they try to make up for it with their benefits. It's a cheap company. Period. I might as well go work at Aldi being a cashier! They make at least 13-14/hr! Just very, very disappointed with how they don't think that those who aren't nurses or higher up, need a livable wage. Well, WE DO! And they don't provide that for us. It makes no sense.
