      Pros

      I loved working with Ohio Health in their trauma-rated hospitals. The exposure and opportunity I received to gain experience and be exposed to different cases were something I will never forget.

      Cons

      Work-life balance was difficult to achieve. Like most other hospitals, once you pick up or help out some, then they expect you to do so all the time.

      Autonomy with my work. I love my patients and coworkers

      Cons

      Pay is across the board, the same. There is no reward or bonus in speciality care. While I’m seeing 25/day, another APP in my practice sees 15 because they chose to.
