      Pros

      Close to home hours are good benefits are pretty good some what flexible with late punches management is horrible though they are expanding that could be a good thing i think at least i believe so.

      Cons

      No pay raises once you have worked here for a while, they are making a lot of money and they tell senior employee's there's no money for a decent raise! unless you are willing to settle for .30 cents a year raise. needs a union real bad!
