Pros

- Great Management - there have been several exec level changes which started with a new CEO in Aug 2017. He has the vision to see where adjustments needed to be made in the exec team and made really great improvements very quickly after he was brought on. - Great benefits - A new HR Director helped to bring in true initiatives to make Oildex a “Great Place to Work”. Flexible and generous PTO dependent on the department you work for. Ability to work from home when it makes sense. - Great people!! I love my management and coworkers.

Cons

- Lack of structured training. It is a bit of learn as you go/trial by fire, but for people that are self starters, this shouldn’t be a barrier. If you need hand holding to learn a new program or understand processes, you may struggle initially. - Medical benefits could be better.
