The company is a great place to work, teeming with highly skilled professionals, with a culture that really fosters team work and continuous improvement. There are many great employee benefits, and flexibility around work hours, dress code, location, vacation time, etc.

Flexible hours, possibility to work from home, good people, good benefits.

Cons

Tangled processes, complex product, no training, no advancement opportunities, little recognition, remote or absent management, wa-a-ay too many chiefs for a few Indians.
