Business Outlook
Pros
Everyone at OkCupid is friends with each other. We all eat lunch together and get to know each other, and as a result all work well together. The hours are flexible and not at all demanding.
Cons
Aside from the unlimited supply of soda, the only intimidating factor at OkCupid can be the late hours that some people work. No one works extremely long hours, but those who come in late stay late, and as someone who tends to work early it can feel weird to leave so early, but the team is more than okay with it as long as I'm meeting my goals and deadlines.
