Pros

There were alot of perks and benefits here, esp before Covid. After Covid, the on-site perks were decreased since alot of folks were working remotely.

Cons

Too many layers of management, therefore, too many chiefs, making it challenging to push anything through like it used to be (ie. at the start of the company where there were less layers and things were getting done!).
