      - Cool product with tons of market traction - Very transparent - Fun and engaged leadership team - Free lunches, tons of snacks, and other great perks!

      - No red bull in the kitchen...yet!

      Pros

      Smart, experienced, transparent leadership and upper management who know how to get "stuff" done and get it done well. Friendly and helpful staff, but you'll need to ask for that help - no one will go out of their way to hold your hand. Product is built well, works well, and is well-regarded. Pay and opportunities for promotion are excellent.

      Cons

      Super corporate - not an environment where your team members will feel like family. No culture, or joy, to speak of: people grind out their work and then go home. "Always on" means work/life balance can be a struggle. Some good old boy/frat house sexism in sales. No 401k match - people really want this, at the expense of other benefits, and it's been made clear multiple times to leadership. Drop lunch and match retirement pretty please!

      Pros

      Talking about the people often sounds like a cliché, but most people here are truly awesome. Starting from Todd who is honest and kind, incredible smart and overall serves as a great example. A couple of people on his leadership team seem a bit Unapproachable, but all are outstanding and talented individuals. The product is great and speaks for itself. The day to day atmosphere is nice, the people (hr) team go an extra mile to offer little perks and treats.

      Cons

      Some parts of the review process are broken. Some individuals (very few I might add) seem a bit condescending and are not team players, but again I've only seen a couple of instances where that happens. Other than that, we are growing. This is not your 20 people start up anymore.. Comes with pros and cons. I for example wish I knew everyone in the company, but with hundreds of people this is clearly a challenge
