      - The People: I LOVE the people I work for and work with. No nonsense, friendly and hardworking. Everyone is always putting in 200%. - Great benefits, dry cleaning, massages, etc. - Working for Okta has been the single best move of my career to date. In my over 2 years here, I have never been so happy. I am honestly excited to come to work each day, be with my team and tackle all of the things that need to be done. I have learned more here than is all my years in the industry and it is amazing to be respected and treated well. - Flexible about working from home or remotely if needed

      Cons

      - This is not a 9 to 5 job or a place to coast. We work insanely hard. - Work life balance can be hard and I work 80 hour weeks frequently. I love what I do and enjoy the extra work, but that is not for everyone. - Really with we had 401k Match and a health/gym program - There are pains since growing we are so fast, which can be frustrating at times.
