      Pros

      It's sad to see so many bad reviews on the sales team. However, from the engineering side, it's probably one of the best jobs I ever had. The CEO, Todd, puts money where his mouth is. Last year when the stocks tanked, Todd didn't take any bonuses and minimized the number of people to be laid off. Pros: - good work-life balance - engineers treat each other with respect - a great team with good learning opportunities - manager is amazing at making sure you have everything you need - engineers are brilliant, and smart and don't hesitate to help whenever it's needed - good pay and great benefits
