      Excellent culture across the business, especially in APAC. Egos are left at the door , cross-functional willingness to step out of the day-to-day responsibilities to do what's right for the customer

      Pros

      Fantastic solution stack, great TAM and almost recession-proof, relative to lot of what's going on in the SaaS marketplace right now. An amazing sales/lead funnel - certainly more buoyant than any other I've seen - and prospects/customers tend to want to talk with Okta, i.e. you're invariably pushing on an open door. Fast paced environment. Strong tech sale team. It's undoubtedly hard work.....and is certainly a 'high pressure / high reward' culture...but it's sales and ought to be expected.

      Cons

      Sub-optimal hiring means that there are still some victim-like individuals in the business and as a new hire I'm pretty sure it must be testing if you're thrown in to a team where your peers are exhibit this behaviour instead of acknowledging they need help/support and/or need to change. Enablement is patchy - but improving dramatically. Interim CRO is doing a great job filling some of these gaps.
