      Pros

      The pros of working at Okta are centric around culture, growth, and vision. "Always On" is thrown around a lot at Okta. Not only does that apply to our product, but our workforce as well. I'm fortunate to have an awesome opportunity to work at Okta!

      Cons

      I haven't experienced many cons while working at Okta. I believe there are high expectations for the company, and market awareness is bringing in competition.

      Pros

      Great Product, even better executives. Company is going places. Fun to sell.

      Cons

      Inside sales upper management is sometimes out of touch with actual talent level of some sdrs. bc of pressure to perform this mis alignment has resulted in some talented employees being let go, and other underachievers to stick around much longer than they should.

      Pros

      All orgs and leaders are very transparent about what's going in the company, at all times. Open office space, including execs. All execs are extremely amiable and treat everyone equally. Teams collaborate & work very well together, this extends across departments. You can see the direct effect you have on the company's growth. Lots of room for personal growth. And of course, fringe perks: flexible PTO, ability to work remotely, lots of snacks, catered lunch 3 days a week, great benefits.

      Cons

      Some of the people who've been there a long time seem somewhat set in their ways & resistant to change.
