      Product suite that is impactful and is a leader in its field! Incredibly supportive team and leader who've got your back. This goes all the way up to c-level leaders. Real work-life balance that takes into account all the nuances of real life Inclusive and focused on building balanced teams. Very people-focused and constant care given to workload and burnout Multiple opportunities to engage with the community Opportunities to grow and learn

      Not very mature in terms of established processes. But this is not being ignored and there are efforts being made

      Pros

      Awesome culture when I was there. Terrific people and benefits in a growing market. Not sure how is it now though with some major changes in the structure and new executive leadership. Expected because of hypergrowth vision and acquisition of Auth0. Watching closely as it has a terrific tech stacks and more importantly people including CEO.

      Cons

      I hear lately some people have left the organisation, but probably expected from a high growth business in a challenging geography and climate.
