      Pros

      Disruptive technology which resonates with customers. There is a big need for the technology of Okta. All employees are working hard on the company ethics of customer first. Making customers successful is the highest driver here internally and the results are there. Very open culture which is created by the executives. Helping each other achieving the goals is a daily practice. Happy employees you'll find here.

      Having the same issues as any other maturing company with exceptional growth. Which actually makes it an exciting ride.
