      Best Executive Team in the Bay Area

      Pros

      I've never worked for a company that has an executive team (Todd and Freddy) that genuinely seems to care for the well being of their employees. They totally lead by example. I've been here a long time so the compensation is great!

      Cons

      Some managers are too busy managing up that they have no idea what their team are doing. There is a general lack of appreciation by executive and senior management for the amount of work that some people do even though they are recognized by their peers as being key players for organization.

      Pros

      Absolutely best product in the Identity as a service space. Maniacal focus on growth. Very sharp hires. Constant new hires. Open communication. CEO does an all hands call every Friday. You can ask anything.

      Cons

      Work-life balance. The motto is ‘Always On’ and I don’t agree with that. I work to provide for my family and I do need to be around to take care of them. Always-On is not my idea of balance. Too many apps for everything. Hard to navigate. Crazy amount of emails. You have to be very focused to not have email run your day.

      From the perspective of a recent grad who has been with the company for around five months, I could not be happier with my decision to join this company. A few of the reasons why - - tendency to hire bright, driven people that also happen to be kind and fun - major perks that make going into the office enjoyable - management that cares to help you reach your goals / clear paths for advancement - an innovative company with impressive trajectory, a great product with a massive addressable market, and that tackles critical security concerns that will only grow in importance
