      Great Pay, Remote Work—But Leadership Misses the Mark

      Pros

      The Pros: The pay is competitive, and the flexibility of remote work is a significant perk. I’ve genuinely loved the company in the past and had some great experiences along the way.

      Cons

      The Cons: Unfortunately, frequent re-organizations (I have had 7 different managers now) make it hard to maintain consistency and stability. Leadership, at times, feels disjointed and overly focused on metrics and optics rather than truly supporting employees. While not all managers fall into this category, there are some who provide little guidance, fail to listen to direct reports, and contribute to a toxic atmosphere.
