No work-life balance, it's mostly work work work. No innovation to handle peak freight cycles. No overtime until sixty hours, line-haul drivers aren't compensated for hours of wait time, breakdown pay is virtually nonexistent. Managers/dispatchers/coordinators are not held accountable for anything. No "blanket" company policy, local management makes its rules as it goes. Company fosters a spiteful nature and seems to be ran by a bunch of amateurs

.Slip seat trucks. No such thing as seniority. Management says one thing and turns around and does things that are completely counterproductive to their own policies.N o overtime, no jury duty, no Christmas eve, day after thanksgiving pay. Foster an atmosphere of mistrust.
