They have lost their family atmosphere.

Pros

One of the industry leaders. Not bad pay, the Long Beach facility used to be great until they changed managers. The old manager was the best boss I ever had.

Cons

No employer to employee loyalty. Each facility is run by individual managers and some VP's are not real pleasant to work for. When you get hired you no longer have a name in the system you are a number.

Good pay off on weekends, decent benefits.

Cons

Overworked, rushed, some things aren't thought out very well management has very little idea of whats going on or don't care just concerned about meeting company expectations (numbers) so they can receive bonuses

They hype you up and contribute to your 401K and they do give bonuses.

Cons

They will terminate you before you are vested so they get their money back. They go on and on about their PROMISES but it's all corporate smoke and mirrors.
