Horrible place to work, Favoritism and Nepotism run rampant in that place. If your not Hispanic or Samoen you got nothing coming to you. Operations manager Lafu brings in all his family to work there and shows favoritism. Coworkers and management are quick to throw people under the bus, take pictures and try to eat you out to save there own selves than act like they did nothing wrong just business as usual. Management relies on what the computer says and nothing else. I am so glad I don't work there anymore, You go home being stressed out everyday wondering if you did your job right or if one of your coworkers inderectly sabotaged your work bc not the smartest people work there, I did time in prison and I didn't even experience stress in there like I did working at Old Dominion. The drivers are prima donnas and if one little thing is off they complain until somebody fixes it. There the highest paid freight company that pays there dock workers but as soon as you start making 28 an hour like I was, that's how the company traps you in bc there paying you that much to deal with all of the bulls#$t and stress that you have to go through. The pay is not worth it. Stress is not worth it. Stay far away from this company, it's not worth the stress.
