Good pay,decent dispatchers except for rampant favoritism

On call for years,doing exactly what your asked to do, no complaining, perfect safety, 0%ROI,and they over ran a bunch of rookies off the doc&ran them through their driving school, put them in linehaul&over hired pre Covid, then layed off quality experienced drivers& kept the rookies on for post Covid & let the good drivers with lots of experience go. It’s a great job for sheeple people.lots of favoritism shown to dock workers training to drive. Or family members get priority.
